The Tall Oak's Homeowners Association is the structure that supports the business needs of the Tall Oaks community. All of the governing documents, including the CC&Rs, Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, and the rules control the operation of the Association. The Association is a legal entity that exists to provide continuity and protection to the community.  The basic duties of the Association are to ensure the repair and maintenance of the common areas, establish and collect assessments to pay the common expenses, to ensure adequate reserves for future expenses, and administer the rules and regulations of the Association.

The monthly newsletter is the easiest and most efficient way for the Association to share information and build a sense of community. Other methods of communication we will use are the Board/Committee meetings, annual meeting, periodic bulletins/mailings, e:mail and our web site. To improve the community, you are urged to provide suggestions and comments using these communication tools.
